Hey everyone!
Welcome to the very first official Development Log for the Zephyr Network. This will be a recurring series where we share progress, upcoming features, and behind-the-scenes updates as we continue building the server.
This log is meant to give you a broad outline of what’s currently in development and what players can expect in the near future. More detailed dev logs will break down individual systems, updates, and patch notes as they release.
Our first major focus is completing a polished, fully functional Skyblock experience, including:
Private islands
A fully custom hub
NPCs & progression systems
Custom items, menus, and skill systems
Economy structure & early-game pacing
This forms the backbone of the entire network.
We're outlining the first several Skyblock updates:
Mining Island
Foraging Island
Farming Island
Fishing Island
Combat Island
Each update will introduce new resources, mobs, custom items, and challenges.
We’re building a unified system behind the scenes that allows:
Smooth and consistent updates
Custom items & abilities
Faster bug fixes
We’re reworking:
Tutorial flow
First-time join messages
Early island progression
Starter NPC interactions
The goal is to make the server feel clean, intuitive, and welcoming from the very first minute.
While Skyblock is our first major release, the network is being built to grow.

BedWars
Other Original Minigames
Every system we’re building now is designed to support these expansions.
Dev Log #2 will include:
First sneak peeks at custom items
Early Skyblock previews
NPC concepts

This is just the beginning.
We're building the Zephyr Network to be something polished, scalable, and fun — and these dev logs will keep everyone in the loop.
